i have been unsucessful in installing drivers on my computer to recognize my captivate. i have windows xp home. when i plug my phone inthe prompt to search for drivers comes up, then finds what i downlaoded and installs it, but it never recognizes my phone. after install is complete the little bubbles come up saying that new hardware is found and say my phone, but then goes right back to trying to install the drivers again like its the first time its been plugged in. need help plz...
