Help with emulators

Hey guys been using the HTC Desire froyo version for a few months now and have to say I love the phone just hate the battery life. On another note, I am trying to use a psx emulator but when ever I download a game i.e. broken sword. When I come to find the game I can't find it anywhere and when I hook my phone up to my laptop it shows them in the roms folder but they are zipped. I tried to unzip them using winzip (I am using windows 7 64bit version btw). Any help please as I really want to get it working.

Try using 7-Zip - they might be RAR files

hey I have tried using that as well but I get an error message saying the file is not in the archive or something like that. the files are defo .zip files
