Help help with epad+ phone connection

Hi, I have just recieved a huawei e1752 dongle to make my epad able to be used as a phone also for mobile internet, the problem is, how do you get the pad to recognise it? I'm showing 5 bars in the icon @ top of screen (no X present), but when I try to dial out it disconnects straight away when you press the green dial button, I have tried to use the sim card that came with the dongle and also my phone sim that is mobile internet enabled, the status light on the dongle is flashing 1 single green flash every 3 seconds which according to the instructions means it is connected on 3g.

any ideas?

I am looking for a software for connecting an android phone to epad (by usb) for internet surfing.
Any idea?

try going into marketplace and looking for tether, their are a bunch of programs, id try a few and see what works
