Help with flashing Rom

I rooted with the sticky instructions on this forum then immediately flashed pacman. For some reason it gave me extremely bad signal and also it would take up to one minute for people to hear what i was saying in calls... I checked the modem and it was on fl24 which i believe was correct. So i tried different aosp jb roms but ended up with the same result... anyone have a solution to for this? I'm currently stock rooted with framaroot but would really like to use pacman. Thank you.

Taking upto a minute to be herd on calls? Were you on a VoIP app? I have never herd of that happening on a phone call. Your modem is fine as all AOSP ROMs use ICS modems. I know AOSP ROMs have volume issues.

I didn't use el26 to flash it. .. could that be the issue? I used whatever odin put on the phone in the instructions

That is just the custom recovery you used. That shouldn't have been an issue. I would say update your prl etc and make sure your service is working then follow the instructions in the OP and give it another go. I prefer the TW Jelly Bean ROMs myself.
