Go to /system and open build.prop Change ro.haptic_feedback_meeting=false To ro.haptic_feedback_meeting=true Save and exit then reboot your phone

Okay so I did this with my new ot fierce and it bricked, it boots to the metro PCs splash screen then stops. Any way to fix?
