Help with hotmail please

I'm on my rather unused laptop just now as my desk one is at the menders! I can't seem to find out how to access any mail that has been junked. I am expecting a quite important email - the sender say that it has been sent and to look in the junk area in my hotmail, but I don't know how to do it.
