Help help with ICS

Hello, I'm new in android, so I have one trouble. I found that ICS update is available, so I decided to update my S2. I tryed via KIES, but when downloading started(in phone) my pc restarted and after this KIES says: it is newest software. Phone is still in Gingerbread. So how should I update it to ICS?

What is your CSC?

Have you checked here to see if you are eligible?:-

received my notification that ics firmware upgrade was available this morning, quite excited as my s2 was looking a little dated...so download went fine, no problems all the little android bits and bobs flashed up...etc...latest firmware confirmed on the crap that is kies, yet there is absolutely no change to my phone, tried, the obvious restarts and so on, looked on every available thread for info, all a bit vague really. And i thought about reinstalling kies and hopefully be prompted for another update...but to top it off kies wont uninstall. Anyway any help or info would be very much appreciated...just hope i dont have the same trouble on my sensation.

I have CSC : OXX I cant find this in the list. I saw in one forum that in Lithuania we can update to ICS. Or with that code i cant update yet?
