help with in-call question

Ok, first thing...if i repeated a question im sorry, i have searched and searched for this quite a few times and can not find an answer.
My question is, is there a way to change the little green monster thing that is on the screen during a call, i dont know what that thing is called but it is hideous...please help. tks

I never tried to get rid of that monster (as far as I know that is not possible) but that will be replaced by the photos we update for each contact.

The only way you can get rid of it is to give the contact a picture.
