Hi guys, I got a Galaxy S II yesterday, and it came pre installed with MIUI Android, I just have a few questions

I'm guessing it is already rooted, is there a way I can learn how to put the roms I want onto my phone

I'm looking to install the default stock rom to it, but will my phone still be rooted?

Is rooting like jailbreaking an iphone etc?

Here is a guide for you:

If I install the stock rom, will it be able to automatically update, and will my phone still be rooted?

How do I put games on it and stuff like that?

Yes, you will get official updates.

It won't really be rooted, but in most cases (Odin) flashing a new ROM will be as hard as (as easy as!) rooting. In fact you, would be re-rooting your phone by flashing a new ROM with Odin.

You get games from the market. You pay if they are payed; and not if they are free. We like our developers, because without them, your phone would never had been made. Sorry...

Hi guys, I originally had my S2 on MIUI, I tried flashing it to the original stock rom but it got stuck in a boot loop

I used Odin Master Clear, pressed start on it, it did nothing and when my phone turned off it wouldn't turn on again

I can't get into download mode or anything, what should I do?

The screen stays black
