I have a xperia play and I downloaded blip.me and when I did that it took away my ability to use my messenger. Is there any way for me to have both, and how do I set it up?

Unfortunately I am not familiar with this application, but in most cases they should not prevent the use of the default for application for any function. You may be best to contact the developer directly, unless there are some users here more familiar with this application.
