Help with milestone

I have a motorola milestone and want to know how to download android crutch. Also, anybody know of any 3GP convertors out there. I can't downlosd videos the come to me in 3GP.

For this phone MP4 works as well and is the format that I use. There is several converters out there that you can choose from. Google is your friend
