Help with my Android!

Hello, Im new to this site.
I have a problem since months and I didn't find any solution, so I searched the web and found this site.
To my problem:
Every app closes randomly without a warning or whatever (Sometimes it happens every 2 minutes, sometimes it happens every 10 minutes).
Some apps only go to the mainmenu (games). YouTube Videos just reset to 0:00. Internet Sites only refresh.
This is so annoying. I already reset all my settings and even my whole phone, the problem still remains... :(
I don't know why this even started. I have a Xperia.
Im sorry if I didn't give much information, im just not used to posting problems and information :P

Thanks in advance.

Still no answer? :(

Hey there and welcome to Android forums!

Sorry for the late reply. Is your device currently stock or rooted?

Do you recall doing anything different before it started acting up badly?

Really the only thing you can do if your not rooted to remedy this situation is performing a data factory reset.

Which version of the xperia do you have? That way I can move this thread into its proper forum to help you out more.

Im sorry but I don't really know much of this stuff.
It's not rooted and I don't know what stock means.
I didn't really do anything that it could have ended up so badly.
I don't know how to do a "data factory reset"
And also how do you look up your version?
Im sorry if im not helpful enough to fix this problem.
