Help Help with my Eris

Im a noob, I have a few htc phones one working Eris and a working Incredible on the way. The other few htc phones are non working, mainly no signs of powering on no lights of any kind, and one with a charging issue to begin with, (error message stating the poer cord is incorrect for the phone) now it wont power on at all. Hoping for some help?!?!?!?

Welcome to Android Forums and to the Eris forums, Howard.

Charging issues can be traced to non-stock charging cables, defective batteries, damaged charging ports, etc.

I'd start with a new cable, then a new battery, then on to the tech at the store if those first two things didn't remedy the issue.

I moved your post to the Eris support area for you where you'll get more suggestions than in the Factory Data Reset Options thread (the reset option can help with some issues, once your device is fully charged, by the way, if you're having other problems software related).
