help with my homepage

I was on my homepage when a prompt popped up. Before reading it I had selected the choice to make it my default homepage. Now the only things showing is the Google search prompt and s pull tab on the bottom of my screen to display my apps. I have tried to change scenes but it doesn't work!

settings>applications>manage apps>home>clear defaults.

press the home button. when prompted click sense home, always use as default
