got mine in the mail yesterday and was super pumped until i tried putting it in :( sad to say i cant get it to turn on or charge by pluggin it in. And i dont have a wall charger to try it that way. But i thought it would charge in the phone anyway. Any ideas would be awesome! thanks guys

Hmmm...when i got mine it came with a 50 percent charge and charges thru USB/AC just fine....and i charge thru the phone....when the phone is off and you have the battery in when you try to charge...does the charge led light on the phone turn on?

yea thats what i was thinking. Ah guess it didnt hurt spending the 12 bucks lol

Im sure you tried this but try re-seating the battery and make sure its fully seated and all 4 contact point r being hit....The battery door has extra room and will close even is the battery isnt fully seated...

Well, what you can do is just buy a stand alone wall charger on ebay to see if that works. If it doesn't, only other thing I can think is contact the seller to hopefully send you a replacement.

Make sure there is not a little tiny sheet of plastic covering the contacts. When I got mine I thiught it was defective until I realized there was a piece of clear plastic covering the contacts , I pealed that off and all good.
