Root Help with non-functioning Clockwork Recovery

Hi all,

I am trying to get my rooted phone back to stock in order to sell it.

When I boot into CWM, I get the normal menu, but when I select any option, all that happens is that the menu disappears and the icon that is the hat over the circular arrow shows. It stays that way until I press the power button again, at which point the menu returns. I have to pull the battery to restart.

I've flashed the latest with ROM Manager several times, and I've tried older versions. I've reformatted my card in my computer several times as well.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
 
Doh! I've been working too much on my Nook where you use the power button. I hadn't played with this phone in a while.

At least I can be embarrassed anonymously. :)
