Help with non TW Roms

ive been having problems with the AOSP and AOKP roms. the main problem is, when i put the phone on speaker, people can barely hear me and i have to hold the mic up to my mouth. again please help... i really like 4.2 thanks in advance

As far as I know there is currently no fix for that. It annoys me too but its a small sacrifice

Just Dont use speaker for calls.
