Help Help with OTA update and bootloop to recovery.

I have an LG Optimus F6 rooted running CWM based recovery v6.0.4.6. I hit the install system update without thinking and now every time my phone boots it automatically boots into recovery. I have tried doing a system restore and nothing. I've cleared cache also. Even if I take the battery out and try to restart it boots into recovery. I had to go buy a cheap metropcs phone today and transfer my number to it just so I could have a phone to use. Please help me fix this. Thanks.
 
Tried the LG support tool and it doesn't detect my phone. I've tried to restore my phone form a back up and it goes through the process then says can not mount data.
