Help Help with photo transfer

HAVE A GALAXY S 11 CANT TRANSFER PHOTOS TO A LAPTOP TRIED EVERRYTHING KIES ALLSHARE A NIGHTMARE !!! MIGHT GO BACK TO OLD NIKIA 8N85 SO SIMPLE LIKE ME !!! HELP:mad::mad:
 
First step, calm down and stop yelling at us, we are trying to help.

Second step, you need to give us more details so we can help. What do you mean you "can't transfer photos"? Are you getting an error? Can you not find your photos? What methods are you using?

And FYI, you don't need to use a syncing program like Kies, they are unnecessary. Just plug your phone into your computer, select Disk Drive or Mount on the phone, then when the card opens up on the computer, go to the DCIM folder, and drag and drop the photos to your computer.
 
I tried Kies Air for the 1st time last night, wow, how easy is that!
connect your laptop to your router through WI FI (which most are these days anyway) then connect your phone to the same WI FI network, start Kies Air and it gives you an IP to connect to, just enter that into your laptop browser and fanny's your uncle, it sounds alot but really its sooooooooo simple.
 
kies air is great.. although i understand it might be a bit slow if u have a huge bunch of photos u wanna transfer. but yeah, i dont use syncing apps for my phone's photo, just drag n drop

Thank you nothing happens place usb in computor and connect to phone ? just drop box and it asks how to fransfer bluetoth and just states bloototh a nightmare my old nokia 85 just come up perfect no hassle kies is a pain also ?? cant get to the bottom of it it must be something simple // cheers
