Help Help with recovering a video I deleted.

I accidentally deleted a video that I shot using the phone's camera. Is there any way to recover it, or is it gone? I'm using WiFi File Explorer and I'm finding old pictures that I deleted months ago, so I'm thinking the video is still somewhere on the phone or SD card. Any idea where it would be located?
 
If you delete a photo off of your SD Card it will be deleted. Using that file explorer should not be showing deleted files unless they were not deleted. Take your SD Card out and use recovery software to search for files on it. I recommend Active Recovery
