Root Help with rooting please

I Have been trying to root my phone for a couple of days and i can not get it to work. i think i have tried everything. when i try using gingersnap it will not finish it just its at executing exploit for hours. and when i try to use odin it wont find my phone. i also tried installing it with the cmd prompt that did not work either.

if i could get someone to help me or someone to teamviwer do it for me i would appreciate it thanks
