Help Help with S4 Active issue

Good afternoon guys,

I have a very annoying issue with my S4 active. I turn my phone on mute and throw the phone in my pocket. Then every few minuets (like 15 or so) I hear 4 beeps [2 different tones]. The screen changes and prompts for a command.


As a student, with my phone on silent and frequently going off in class I have been in trouble a few times.

If anyone knows how I can stop the command screen from popping up, or more specifically how to avoid the loud sound it would be greatly appreciated.

Try disabling AUTOMATIC DATE & TIME.

Go to SETTINGS > MORE> DATE & TIME

I think this might be because you activate the S Voice. S Voice is activated by double pressing the home button, and it might happen if you have it in your pocket. You could change the settings, so that the phone won't open S Voice by double pressing the home button.
