Help help with sd card needed

hi i upgraded my contract and got a galaxy s 2 i put my memory card in and couldnt finf it on the phone i put another in and found this one but it has nothing on it and i want to put my music and pictures off my pc onto my phone. when i connect the phone to my pc it says i have connected a camera so i cant drag the files i want to the phone.
any help will be much appreciated

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!

Unplug your phone from your PC and then on the phone go to menu>settings>wireless and networks > USB utilities and click connect storage to PC. Then plug in your phone to the PC and turn on storage. Accept all prompts. You device will mount as removable storage. If you have an SD card inserted, you will see two drives. The SD card and the phone's internal storage partition. This is where most of your files will be, so you should copy all the photos and music you wish to keep permanently on the phone there.
