help with settings on play store

[knewman1978]

I took my Samsung note 2 to usa and since coming back my play store doesn't recognise being back in UK. I'm not able to install BBC Iplayer or itv player because of this. Is this a problem with my Google account location or settings in play store? Any help appreciated
