Help Help with skyrocket please!

[skyrockethelp1]

I just got my skyrocket and i've been looking around and it seems like mine is the only one with minor differences that i would like to know if i can change. For instance, I do not have a password or pattern lock, but my picture does not drag away, it simply shows a lock and just goes to the homescreen, and when i get a message, it is just a red circle in the middle, not the orange slide as i have seen. is there any advice for this?
thank you

Hello and welcome aboard. I've moved your thread over to the Skyrocket support forum for some responses.

The latest update, 2.3.6, changed the lockscreen and a few other minor things, there's nothing wrong with your phone. For the pattern lock screen you have to go into settings and choose it from there.
