Help Help with sync'in work email from Microsoft Outlook

Hello all,
I need to sync my work email to my phone. I see under add accounts you can choose Corporate Sync or just Email. Im not sure what corporate sync is so I wasnt sure which to choose to set up my work email (and I cant find my MoPho manual). I use Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2003.

I believe Corporate Sync is if your company uses an Exchange server. If that's the case, you'll need to get your info from your IT department. That's about as much as I can offer, however, as I refuse to check my work email on my personal phone.

To sync Outlook emaila to android, there are many third party apps in android market. One such app i use in my mobile is OUTLOOKREFLEX. This app syncs my business outlook emails to android.
