help with syncing Contact

My Dinc2 syncs find on everything but contacts. I get an message at the end of each sync that says something like Failed to Sync Contact from Phone..........

anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

there are no contacts in the phone, it new. it syncs my calendar, bookmarks, and other stuff very well, just no contacts. Any suggestions?

Did you log into your gmail account on a PC to verify your contacts are saved there? There may be no contacts there to sync with.

ok, yeah, I have no contacts in Google at all. I have been syncing straight from Outlook, at least I was with my old Incredible 1. Does the Dinc2 have to go through my gmail account? if so, would you please link me to some instructions on how to sync my outlook with Google?

Sorry, I can't help you there. Hopefully someone will jump in to help with that.

The Sync feature sync with the GMail contacts.
The only thing I can think of is to export your Outlook contacts as a .CSV or vCard them import them into Gmail. After they are imported into GMail you should be able to sync.
