Help with Touch Screen Sound

I've had the inc2 for about a week. Last night had a major freeze up, had to reactivate phone with Verizon. It also reset all my screen setups back to the original when I got it. Everything seems fine now except I like the icons to make a sound (not vibrate) when I press them. It does, but it's so faint I can hardly hear it. I've tried adjusting all the setting I know of, to no avail. Same goes for the tones when I dial the phone, almost to faint to hear at all. All other sounds work fine, can anyone help me?

Also, with such a major malfunction within the 2 week period, should I request a new phone, or do you guys think this was just a 1 time glitch?

I had that problem with my GF's inc2. press phone icon and then press icon in lower right by call button

Have you gone into the Sound settings and enabled "Audible Selection"? Is your Sound profile set to Normal?
