Help Help with Video size

Ive just recorded a video which is in mp4 format on my galaxy.
It is 1920/1080 but i didnt realise the filesize would be 581mb.
Its only 7mins long so is there anything i can do to make the filesize smaller or can it be converted to 3gp,i need to upload it as small as i can but that will take forever and for only 7 mins long?

Easiest way is to reduce the resolution if you need it smaller. Any quality 1920x1080 video is going to be large. You can try reducing the framerate, but any lower that about 24 and people will start to notice.
