Help Help with Visual Voice Mail

When trying to set up my Visual Voice mail I get and error saying "Mobile Network Unavailable. Please try again later."
Anyone having this same issue and what is the fix. Thanks!

Similar but not exactly the same. I get an error that the system was unable to process your order, please call Customer Service from a different phone.

I set mine up with a free service from the market and it works great. free plus better than verizons.

Is Google Voice a better alternative than VZW's Visual Voice Mail? I'm getting this phone and will probably skip their $1.99 feature if that's the case.
