Help with wifi profiles

I downloaded version 2.0 which is

When I goto tasker and import my one and only option is the old version which is 19k

It is giving me old version cause the phone thinks that is download but it is back up

I would not mind deleting back up cause I can go back to through foum and Re get it

To check that you have the correct version, the 'Initial Setup' task needs to have 2 lines setting the default values for the variables %NightTimeFrom and %NightTimeTo.

As for importing it, the new version is very probably in the Download folder rather than /Tasker/Projects.

Click on the link, select to open it in Chrome and a page with a download button should show up.
 
*Look for the project in your phone. It usually will end up in m/storage/sdcard0/Download or /storage/emulated/Download

Have you not managed to import the first version before?

You need to locate the file on your phone then, from Tasker, import it. If it is not in the default folder that Tasker will be looking in, you need to navigate through your phone's folders to find it.

By the way, make sure you use the Import option available after tapping and holding the Home icon (bottom left) as described in the instructions.
 
Yes I imported first version

When I import 2nd version

Only 1st version shows up even though 2nd version is downloaded on phone
 
Not sure what you're doing there, so here is step by step how I do it on my device:
1) The link on the Android Forums app (assuming that's what you use):


2) After clicking on the link, I get this:


3) Selecting Chrome, I now get that:


4) Selecting Chrome again, I now get the Google Drive page as it would show up on a PC:


5) Tapping on Download, I now get asked to pick between Chrome and Drive again:


6) Selecting Chrome again, I (somehow) get asked again to pick between Chrome and Drive. Selecting Chrome again, the file is downloaded:


7) I open Tasker and tap and hold on the Home button:


8) Selecting Import, I'm shown Tasker's file browser:


9) The folder is empty because I deleted the previous file. You might still have it left there. Ignore it. I tap the Left arrow to go back to the Tasker folder. I get this:


10) Tapping the left arrow again, I get this:


11) Tapping on Download, I get:


12) Selecting the file (there may be more than one in your Download folder), it is now imported:
 
Is this the Download folder?
Delete this file, you don't need it anymore (using a file explorer), then you'll see if the new one replaces it.
 
I see. It's unreliable. You should see it working sometimes.
For example I could make it work by opening the connectivity settings menu (see instructions) and switching it on and off.

I knew it can be unreliable but it was working fine when I was finishing putting it together so I overlooked it.
I'll find something.
