Install Signal Check Lite. See which tower you're on at home. Then see which tower you're on at work. It may be the same tower.

The standard way to take screenshots is holding volume down and the power button

Here is a picture of tapatalk on my phone about how to add screenshots to my post

Tapping on the + icon on the left will open up the second screenshot

Then clicking on the far left picture looking icon will allow you to attach a picture to your post

When I hit the + I get a new page with reply at top line that states body

no interface

Anyway you could take a screenshot of it and email it to yourself and post it from a computer so I can see this issue?

And perhaps take care of the other issue you're having?
