I think you'd probably have better or more reliable results with a network-based location context instead of using "Cell Near" - I've never had very consistent results trying with "Cell Near" but have used location profiles extensively over the past three years with very good results.

Alternatively, you may wish to look at Llama instead, as it can be a bit easier to configure basic profiles.

If you're trying to disable your lockscreen PIN/password while at home (I *think* that's what you're after?), you'll need to use the free Secure Settings plugin, which expands Tasker's ability to interact with security and system settings.

How do I configure so key guard will stay off while connected to home WI Fi

It's important to note that the Keyguard and Lockscreen PIN/password are actually managed seperately. Keyguard is the stock lockscreen without any protection (swipe to unlock). Secure Settings can manage each, you just need to know which you're after.

Context: State > Net > Wifi Connected
SSID: YOUR_SSID_HERE
Enter Task:
• Plugin -> Secure Settings > Configuration: Keyguard
- State: off
- Run in background (No Notification): checked
Exit Task:
• Plugin -> Secure Settings > Configuration: Keyguard
- State: on

Alternatively, if you want to enable/disable the PIN/password lockscreen, you would use the Password/PIN configuration option inside the Secure Settings plugin (disabled for the Enter Task, set a PIN/Password for the Exit Task).

Hope this helps. :)
