Help with wifi profiles

Download it on the phone then open it from Tasker (see instructions in a previous reply).

EDIT:

It should look like this:

Now go on Tasker, find the Import button as described in the picture and the instructions posted earlier, and browse on your phone to the Download folder. The xml file should be there waiting for you to import.

Now, please, check out these profiles and tasks.
Understand how they work, tweak them, experiment and improve them.

Tasker is ace.

Feel free. But let me know what you change, I'm interested to see improvements...

Make the keyguard dependent on your location (i.e Keyguard off in 'Enter Home Geofence' task and on in 'Exit Home Geofence') rather than WiFi state, just in case you manually switch WiFi on somewhere else.

If you don't need the night mode the easiest thing to do is disabling the 'Night' profile and it won't interfere with the rest. (And it gives you a chance to change your mind...)

For Keyguard, go to 'Enter Home Geofence' task and add one more line:
Display > Keyguard > Set = Off

And in 'Exit Home Geofence' task add:
Display > Keyguard > Set = On

If you disable the Night profile, you can also disable the Screen Off profile, by the way...

When I open a certain app called shazam I want screen constantly on

when I close app phone goes to normal display timeout 30 seconds

Profile:
Condition > Application > Shazam

Task:
Display > Display timeout > 1h (or pick another duration)

No need to do any more. The value will be reverted automatically when the profile is disabled.
