All I'm trying to get right now is a few 3G upload speeds. For some reason, mine never passes 100 kbps. Anyone else having this problem? It worked fine with my ip4. And has anyone confirmed that the captivate has HSUPA? Sorry to ask again but this bugs me. and sorry about the title

There's a discussion about that here in the xda forums. The At&t network upload speeds have been crippled due to some software defect. I used to be getting uploads faster that 1mb on my iphone 4 now, it and my captivate are below 200kb. So, I think AT&T just has to get things fixed.
