ok so i spilled milk on my LG Q7 and then i tried playing audio and it didn't work. then i realized that it said headphones were plugged in, which they weren't. help idk what to do i tried restarting my phone and everything

Welcome to Android Forums! My only advice to you is that you likely should have let the device dry (put it in rice etc) before you powered it up. Other than that, blow dry the ports.. Other than that, it may be shorted out.
