HELP

Please help. My husband thinks his phone has been hacked or it's under an MDM of some kind. I need help reading log files & really just help to figure out if he's been hacked, by who, what MDM if there is one & how to fix it. If it's something else or something wrong with the phone if someone can run a remote diagnostics tool or if you know anyone or any company or app that does. I'm really at my wits end trying to figure this out & Idk what else to do. Some of these are phone log files & some of them are log files from an app called Nova Launcher Prime. If you can't help me, will you please point me in the direction of someone that can.

i see nothing wrong in those logs. Nova Prime is a key that you buy in the play store that unlocks customizations from within the Nova Launcher which is a custom launcher that i highly recommend. been using it since the beginning days of android.

why does your husband think he is hacked? MDM? do you mean Mobile Device Management?

if you truly believe that the phone is hacked, just do a hard reset. this will erase anything that has been installed that might be malicious.

Yes, that's what I mean by MDM. He says he's factory reset it at least 3 times & when it comes back on, everything is still there. He keeps getting a prompt saying "This action is not permitted by your administrator"

is this a work phone?

and i'm talking about a hard reset vs a factory reset. a hard reset is a deeper wipe than a factory reset. it is usually a button combo of volume buttons and the power button.

Your husband is apparently looking for non-existent problems and/or inventing suspicious items using random log files. Suggest he take his phone in person to a trusted, local phone service shop, sit down and discuss all his misconceptions and paranoia with an actual person in a one-to-one setting.
Just posting miscellaneous log files about otherwise typical processes running on any phone in an online help forum isn't going the help in this matter. It's a more involved issue that requires human interaction.
