I Rooted my phone the other day and i tried a new ROM out and i didnt like it because it kept sending up Force Close messages for multiple applications. I tried to revert to my old ROM and it kept the settings of the other one and my restore wont work because it keeps force closing it. Is there any way i can completely reset my phone?

You don't have to reset. Just get a clean version of the rom you want or had and load it up. Just make sure you wipe data/cache so it doesn't leave traces of the old stuff BEFORE you install the rom. I usually wipe 3 times in a row just to be sure. Good luck
