hey my samsung galaxy i9000 android market ap doesnt work can anybody help me please it says your phone may not be provisioned for data services .. without the android market ap the phone is useless ,,

Do you have a data plan enabled on your phone? It sounds somewhat like the phone thinks that it doesn't have a data plan. Maybe the PRL is not set right?
