your contacts... yes! if your primary email account is Gmail you can use the Gmail web interface.
For your phone log, however, that's gonna be a bit more work. I don't think that your phone log transfers from your phone to your Google desktop. As such you'd probably have to find a third party app that would save your phone log to a text file, transfer that file to your PC, and then edit it on your PC.
