Help Help!!!!!

i got an android optmus from sprint and it wont turn on it will sit and the lg sign will show up for a split second and it will reset and do the same thing i have tried to master reset and manual reset but it wont work i have also tried another battery it still wont work help!!!

A little more information might be useful, such as, how long have you had it? Did you try to root it? Has it ever been on and this is just starting to happen?

If you just got the phone, you would probably be better off just taking it back to a Sprint store and getting another one in my opinion if that's an option. You might have just got a bad one out of the batch.

maybe change it to a better line, the info provided is good enough to say

Defective. return.

charge phone for a good hour, sometimes batterries are dead, causes issues.

On button, is not sticky or broken.

and what happ's when you Usb it to the pc/mac?
