A friend is sending me a Google Android 7" M002. I access the internet with US Cellular broadband USB device. Will I be able to access on the Android with my USB device? I know absolutely nothing about this.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Unfortunately it's not likely that your USB broadband card would be compatible with that particular tablet. One option might be to locate and install some wireless tethering software onto your normal desktop/laptop computer and tether the tablet to the PC.
