got pando pad less than 48 hours ago.
figuring out it was infact 2.1 not 2.2
i attempted to root it and upgrade to 2.2
( before even realizing this forum was here)
after attempting to "temp root" an error appeared "
The Process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. please try again."
after rebooting the error still appears after the initial boot/slide unlock screen/function, then the only option is to force close.
much research has lead me to believe there is no "fix" to this issue besides sending to a tech :(.. if anyone has any info please leave a post,,

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Moving thread to the "Other Tablets" forum in Android Tablets & Mids...

I'm not sure if this will work for u but for the gtablet, clearing the data from the contacts apk fixes android acore issues. If you can get into settings>manage application>all apps> contacts clear data and cache.

With the gtab it works but I'm not familiar with the pando pad so instead of performing a full factory reset maybe that'll fix it for you.
