Root Help

I had FroydVillian 1.7.2 and i was flashing CG 2.0.0..
While flashing through Rom Manager i did wipe and started flashing but it got stuck on "Extracting Data.." What can i do...
I cant even switch off the my hero...
Help..

You'll have to pull the battery, boot back to recovery, redownload the firmware and then try flashing again.
