i downloaded an app from the android market which lets you search search and download music free, i downloaded heaps of songs but and they all show up in my music but also show up in the actual app, so i was just wondering if i delete the app if it will delete all of the songs i downloaded aswell.

You can try copying the music folder before you uninstall the app, just to be on the safe side.
