ok so i rooted my phone and tried to flash [ROM][WIP][ALPHA] aospCMod | AOSP 2.3.4 / CM7+ (Gingerbread) - xda-developers this but when i rebooted it just gets stuck on the android screen i can go into recovery mode but didnt make nand backups only from rom manager. what can i do to get my phone back to normal

I don't know about returning to stock, but generally if you phone wont boot after flashing, the usual way to fix it is to redownload the rom (incase of corruption), do a full factory reset and reflash the rom. I don't know what recovery menu you're using, but most of them allow you to mount the sdcard to the pc so that you can put a new .zip on there without the phone working properly.
You were trying to install an alpha rom however - that may explain why it was being buggy. I'm sure there are other more stable custom roms if you wanted to try that.
I've also merged + moved your two threads to the rooting section. There's no need to create two threads for the same issue
