Hi i recieved my Flytouch 3 today and when i turned it on for the first time it just came up with a white blank screen without even having showing the boot screen? what do i do?

Reset switch built into the unit on the long corner near where the power goes in, use the stylus to try that :>

I have but it still brings up the white screen?
