Help Help!!

I have an Incredible 2. I've had it for about a week.. Yesterday, It wouldn't let me use the internet, but I could call out.. I messed around with it, and got it to let me use the internet, but now I can't make any calls. I get a message that tells me that "There are no Internet calling accounts on this phone. Add one now?" and it says Add or Cancel... but I don't know what it's wanting me to do???? I'm ready to take this POS back to the store.. Any last ditch advice?

Not sure if this will fix any of your problems, but worth a try

go to Settings > Phone. go down to Internet call settings, then Use Internet calling. Select Only for Internet calls.
go to Settings > Wireless & Networks. Make sure airplane mode is unchecked. Make sure Mobile network at the bottom *is* checked.

you could also try going to the applications drawer, find Setup and go through that process again.
