Help!

Hey guys new here. Im about to throw this phone away lol. Couple things. Randomly shuts off. Like 5-6 times a day. Ill be doing something, anything, and it will vibrate once, then twice a couple times with a black screen then shuts off. sound doest work for movies or music player. PLEASE HELP!!!

I had the very same problem near the beginning of my usage of the phone. It seems like there is some kind of bug within the stock ROM that ships with the phone. For some reason though, the problem usually goes away after you use it for a bit. I know that sounds totally unreassuring, but that's been my experience (and I've had two Infuses so far).

If you know how to root and install a custom ROM, you can try getting the Infused ROM from XDA. I don't know the exact reason why, but it definitely does that random shut off a lot less.
