I hope I'm doing this right. This is the first time bing here but I really need help. I'm not good with all this new technology. Any way for Christmas my stepson received a Samsung galaxy s phone from his mom. He set up all his passwords but never set his own gmail account. Two days ago he allowed his best friend play with the phone just to see how good his password was. Note he can't do anything. I looked at other remarks just know about other people locking them self out. I tried to user null but that didn't work. His said to just reset the phone but I don't know how to do that neither.
